When will my order ship?
Here's how this works: The second your order is placed, it enters our system and begins processing. Within 72 hours, often as little as 12, one of our highly trained fulfillment humans will have your order packed and ready for shipment. Once your order is ready, we'll send you an email notification that it's been shipped. The email will include an approximate delivery estimate timeframe. Once your order has been shipped, it will get on a dedicated flight from the postal facility in Amsterdam, headed directly your way. Once it arrives in your country, your shipment will be processed by the people who know local delivery in your country the best: your local postal service.

Please note that we have no control over the import fees or duties charged when you receive your order. With that said, we're honest about the fact that you might incur them. Basically, the way it works is that each country sets a maximum value for products which classify as duty-free (meaning no import fees or duties). Once the value of your order exceeds that amount, you may be charged a certain % of the order value. Again, we have no control over this. The government of each country sets these regulations and, unfortunately, it's a reality you will find with any online retailer that you purchase from Europe. Generally speaking, the value of our products is so low that most customers don't incur any customs fees at all. The best we can do is ensure that our actual shipping cost is extremely low and be honest about the taxes you might have to pay upon arrival.
