    Yes! We'll gladly accept any returns for store credit or exchanges of new/unworn pieces or a full refund. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return and 14 days for exchanges.

    Unfortunately, we have a no cancellation policy and all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it is sent straight to our fulfillment team to begin processing. Since we are a small team, processing cancellations would delay the shipping speed for all of our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    If you haven’t received your tracking number yet, contact us ASAP—we may be able to make changes to the items on your order. Once we respond to your order change inquiry, please get back to us within 48 hours, otherwise we will ship your order out as is.

    All orders typically ship within 24 to 48 hours from our warehouse in Amsterdam. We strive to offer exceptionally fast shipping because we believe great customer service comes before everything else. However, during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend, please allow a few extra days for us to catch up on orders.

    All Dutch orders typically arrive within 1-2 days (excluding custom designs).

    All International orders typically arrive within 1-3 weeks.
